I would like to thank my wife for participating in taking images this holiday season. I am pleased at the way they came out. I was using a D5000 Nikon with my friends 70 – 200mm f2.8 lens. If you can afford one, I recommend it. Great lens. I did some photos of the kids that you will see in this blog so please feel free and enjoy.

I am not sure the actual name of this flower, but my wife brought it home from her office and I decided I could get a good shot with it sitting next to the fireplace. AHHH, taking pictures of plants without having to go outside. That is my idea of nature.
